After 13 years at Microsoft, Frédéric Dubut, principal PM supervisor, core search & AI at Microsoft, introduced his departure on Monday. Dubut has been an avid contributor to the search group, lending his insights into the internal workings of Bing for our Bing website positioning information in addition to talking at SMX on webspam and penalties, Bing’s “quest for clever search” and extra.
Dubut explains how search engines like google and yahoo are shifting their focus to understanding intent versus simply key phrases.
